By downloading, installing, or using Boxlo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Boxlo is a moving box organization tool that allows you to catalog, photograph, and manage the contents of your moving boxes. The App includes an AI-powered photo analysis feature that identifies items in your photos.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or store using the App, including photographs and text. You agree not to use the App to store, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
The App offers an optional AI-powered feature that analyzes photos to identify items. When you use this feature:
You acknowledge that AI analysis may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. The feature is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
All your data (photos, notes, box information) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Boxlo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws. We disclaim all liability for user-generated content.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
